THE DESIGN OF THE WHOLE TOWN REGULATION & URBAN PLAN
The objective was to transform a very fractionalized new residential areas of the town to the complex suburb of Prague. During the project have been designed, many new family houses were built without permit. Although our team was able to design one of the finest suburbs of Prague - with these plans town hall & many investors will be able to complete the whole process of development to the Garden Town.
During urban designing there was necessary to change older land-use plan and to get both documents into unity, which led today to complex control and development of this urban area.
