Gutova Apartments
THE PROJECT FOR BUILDING PERMIT BY STRASNICKA UNDERGROUND STATION IN PRAGUE
This block is located in downtown Prague and is adjacent to important Vinohrady. We were asked to work on project for building permit by ing.arch.Kaplanova, because of setting up and incorporating CAD model visualizations to documentation.
The building consists of eight detached apartment houses in one interesting block with inside garden over the underground garage. The height of building differes from eight floors north to six plus south towards villas. There is a commercial ground floor and some luxury flats at highest floors.
The project was made to details, but the next phase of realization was given to building firm directly - with arch.Kaplanova studio we worked on client changes and advertising.
The architecture of the new building is very polite to neighbouring houses, because of respecting old trees and park around.
