Kadan is a town located right behind the border line of Krusne Mountains, next to a building-up highway ring. This zone is developing very fast, that is why we made for ing.arch.I.Kaplan some changes in Land-use plan of this town and designed new residential locality regulations.
An investor wanted to build up the field with one-family-houses and flat-buildings with some accompanying facilities. We designed more versions, with a centre adjacent to the aboriginal village or in a gravity centre of the field on the road to local small manor house, with different ways of road location and composition axes. The final project counts with a longish town park on axis with castle and view-tower, alleys between a grammar school, sports, flat-buildings and some stores and other fourteen slightly different sections singular in types, shapes and size of buildings, plots and public spaces.
You can choose housing you like: flats, raw houses or one-family-houses. There is great many trees on modulated streets and some flat-buildings have green terraces.
We prepared the whole design. Today the plot is in development.
