PROJECTS FOR A BUILDING PERMISSION
These ecological one-family-houses are designed to a nice neighborhood around Prague. They are located in a margin of a villages, so they have a great outlook to countryside. The lay-out is always simple and pragmatic, but in addition to the neighbourhood they get next dimension.
From entrance hall you enter living room with kitchen or part with rooms and bath. The living room has the best view and wide entry to an atrium, also bedrooms are equipped with wide windows pointing to verdure. The bathroom is accessible from parent's bedroom with a sight to the atrium, but also from a corridor. Supporting rooms as a washroom, a pantry, a technical room and toilets, are relevantly connected. A kitchen is built-in in the living room, right next door is the pantry. The washroom is accessible both from the entrance hall and outside. A fireplace in the living room and a swimming pool is always supposed.
To get the client desired look we are consulting everything from materials to colour schemes, special demands like feng-shui etc.
We design the whole house including counting and placing of water-pipes, drains and a scheme of electrical set and heating as well as structural details, often combined with Energy schemes and possibility of passivity.
It isn´t possible to everybody, but we are often designing more similar houses, which are built one next to another for further retail.
